1. Eligibility & Family Use

Triad Quest is designed for parents, caregivers, educators, and learning partners of students in grades K–12. Accounts must be created and managed by an adult (18+). Children may use the Service under the supervision of a responsible adult.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately atcontact@cfvonlinelearning.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Educational Content

The pathways, assessments, and recommendations provided are educational tools and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or special-education evaluation. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the Service to harass or harm others
• Attempt to access another user's account or data

5. Intellectual Property

The Cage Free Voices Neuroadaptive Learning Triad™, the Triad Quest brand, and all associated content, designs, and software are owned by Cage Free Voices and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, family, or classroom use.

Triad Quest links to third-party platforms (e.g., CFV Connect, Class Connect Now). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability
